This recipe can be doctored up to suit your tastes. I usually add salt and olive oil or salt and melted butter to the bag after the popcorn has cooked. However, you can get as creative as you like, adding herbs, spices or even cheeses to make it more zesty.
– 1/3 cup of unpoped popcorn
– Brown paper lunch sack
– Seasonings like salt, olive oil, butter, spices, etc (optional)
Place 1/3 cup of popcorn in a brown paper lunch sack and fold down the open edges 2 or 3 times. Place the lunch sack in the microwave and zap for 2 minutes. After the popcorn has popped, carefully open the bag and add seasonings. Reclose the bag and shake.
